This is a small project completed in Bramcote, December 2019
It consisted of stripping the wallpaper in a small toilet, skimming the walls and re-painting.
Once the walls were stripped it was evident that they required a little more than just lining, they were in poor condition. I made the decision to re-skim the majority of the toilet and also skim over an angled artex ceiling.
The walls were then left for around 4 days until the skim had dried. I then finished the project by sealing the skim and finishing with a Dulux Matt Paint.
The angled ceiling with a curve made it awkward to achieve the perfect finish, especially when applying the skim. In such a small space, I knew my work had to be flawless, other wise you would see every blemish, particularly looking down the main wall whilst sat on the toilet.
A flat and very even finish was achieved and myself and the customer were extremely pleased with the outcome.
